Joss has been on the National and International event circuit for 20 years and has a wealth of experience both competing and training.

He is based in a beautiful yard in Oxfordshire where he lives with his wife, Juliette and daughters India and Milla.

Joss was brought up in Zambia and Luxembourg and is multi-lingual. He has trained internationally including the Indonesian team which won a silver medal at the South East Asian Games in Jakarta in 2011 having previously won the bronze medal at the Games in 2001 also under Joss's coaching.

As a trainer Joss gives confidence to even the most anxious of riders and enjoys sharing his knowledge and sharing the journey other riders are on.

As a rider his hard work ethic, coupled with friendly enthusiasm, has won him support from a great team of owners and sponsors.
